The Informa Exhibitions leadership team “Going for Growth” - see Agenda - Thursday 7 and Friday 8 July - The Royal Chase Hotel, Enfield

For the Informa programme below, we used both our own Experiential Profiling and MBTI (Myers Briggs)

We will always aim to use the “best that’s out there” to complement our own innovations.

everybody has a BRIGHT side

"So the way you did it last time worked ..... that doesn't mean there isn't a BETTER WAY !"

Unlike other forms of profiling or psychometric testing, Experiential Profiling shows users WHAT TO DO

- in order to improve their productivity and RESULTS

How Experiential Profiling Works

The 12 profiles (6 Bright, 6 Dark) between them describe all the good ways to behave; egs: positive body language, listens; AND  common faults egs: resistant to change, impatient.

  • Subliminally - the good behaviours are repeated throughout the Bright side profiles, so participants learn from the process itself - that, for example, positive body language is required

How We Use It

We have two generic versions - Experiential TEAMWORK Profiling and Experiential LEADERSHIP Profiling. We then tailor-make them as necessary for each group in order to ensure relevance and CHALLENGE. They are presented on a laminated Reference Card. Self analysis is followed by work in 2s or 3s (discussing each other) and then round table with delegates learning how others view them.

Learning Experiential Profiling is in three ways:

everybody has a DARK side

  • Acknowledging what you, as a unique individual, NEED TO DO to boost your success

  • Learning to see yourself as others see you
